Hotels, restaurants, multi-site operations
Know about the dirty room before your guest does
Your housekeeper works through a checklist on her phone and photographs what she sees. Not from the gallery — with the camera, on the spot. You open the summary and know what is done, what is late and where the problem is.
- No staff training
- Works offline
- Free during the pilot
Signing up takes a minute. No card needed.
Summary
Every location on one screen — no walking the floors, no phone calls
Photos
Taken on the spot while filling in, not attached afterwards
Due times
Late work shows the minute it is late, not at the end of the shift
Set up in one evening
How it works
Four steps. Setting it up takes an evening; after that it runs itself.
-
Build your checklist
Your questions, your sections. Where a photo is required, where a comment is, and which answer counts as a problem.
-
Hand out the work
Once or on a schedule: daily at nine, on chosen weekdays. To a person or to a role — whoever is free picks it up.
-
Staff fill it in from a phone
No training needed, and no signal needed either: the work is kept on the device and sent as soon as the network is back.
-
You see the result
Summary, overdue work, issues found and issues fixed — with a photo before and after.
Proof, not a report
How this differs from paper and spreadsheets
The point is not convenience. The point is that you can believe the result.
Paper and spreadsheets
- The checklist gets filled in the back room five minutes before the shift ends
- Yesterday's photo gets attached — or none at all
- Anyone can change it after the fact
- You see what is late when it is already too late
Zdano
- Every answer carries its time and its author
- Photos come from the camera at the moment of filling — picking from the gallery is not possible
- History is never rewritten: a correction is a new record beside the old one
- Late work shows the minute it becomes late
The product
What it looks like at work
The three screens a day is made of: the performer's, the filling, and the manager's.

Who it is for

Hotels and apartments

Restaurants and cafés
Opening and closing routines, hygiene requirements, temperature logs.
Multi-site operations
The same standard in every location, and a way to compare them.
Questions
The questions people ask first
Did not find the answer? Write to us — we reply within a day.
Talk to usWon't the staff struggle with it?
A performer sees one screen: their own work. Tap a task and answer the questions one after another. There is nothing to train, and we tested this on frontline staff rather than on managers.
What if there is no signal in the room?
The filling lives on the phone. Photos and answers are kept locally and sent on their own once the network is back. The work survives even if the app is closed.
Why is this better than a group chat?
A chat has no due times, no history per location, and no way to tell today's photo from yesterday's. Here the photo comes from the camera at the moment of filling, and nobody can change it after the fact.
What does it cost?
Free during the pilot. We are launching and taking on the first hotels to get the product right on real work. We will agree terms before anything starts costing money.
Will other companies see our data?
No. Each company's data is separated at the database level, not by a check in the code. Platform staff can see that a company exists and cannot see what happens inside it.
We use another system. Will there be an integration?
Not yet. Integrations with hotel systems are the step after the pilot. Tell us which one you use: that queue is built from answers like yours.
